OUR STORY
AUTOTAC (Automotive Type Approval Consultancy )was originally established in 2013 to provide consulting services in the field of Whole vehicle type approval (WVTA) and conformity of production (COP) for local vehicle manufacturers and car importers in Iran.
Thanks to valuable experiences as a member of the codification Committee of National Vehicle Standards at INSO ( formerly ISIRI), carry out several vehicle Type Approval Projects, as well as the launch of the requirements for the conformity of production in domestic automotive companies, has led to a group of experienced people gathered in common projects to provide an integrated and wider range of services.
After a short time, with increasing growth of customer needs for certification of radio equipment used in cars, this service was also added to our scope of activities.
Since 2016, we have been actively involved in the field of certification of radio / wireless equipment from CRA. With more than dozens of successful projects, now we have the ability to provide services for many types of equipment including SRD (Short Range Device), inductive applications, RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification ), Wireless Audio applications, UWB (Ultra-Wideband), Smart Home automation, Tracking, NFC (Near-Field Communication), Vehicle Radars, Remote Keyless Entry Systems and more.
